These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at duuabl.com and any related services (the “Platform”) operated by Duuabl Technology OÜ (reg. nr. 16845461), Veerenni 40a, Tallinn, Estonia (“Duuabl”, “we”, “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.1. About the Platform
Duuabl is a cloud-based operating system for trades businesses in construction, renovation, and repair. The Platform provides tools for quoting, job management, invoicing, payments, customer communication, compliance tracking, and a tenant referral network. The Platform is currently in development. Certain features described on the website may not yet be available. Access may be limited to a waitlist, early access programme, or beta version. We will clearly indicate the status of features and availability.2. Waitlist and Early Access
By joining our waitlist, you provide your email address to receive launch updates and early access invitations. You can unsubscribe at any time. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Platform or any specific features, pricing, or launch date.3. Accounts
When accounts become available, you will need to register to access Platform features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and current information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or remain inactive for an extended period.4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:- Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its systems, or networks.
- Use the Platform to transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform without our prior written consent.
- Access the Platform for competitive analysis or benchmarking without our prior written consent.
- Resell, sublicence, or redistribute access to the Platform.
