This policy covers duuabl.com: the website, its forms and its cookies. It is run by Duuabl Technology OÜ (registry code 16845461), Peetri tn 12, 10415 Tallinn, Estonia. How we handle data inside the Duuabl product is explained in the product’s privacy notice, which you see when you open an account.
What we collect
- Waitlist and signup forms: your email and what you choose to tell us about your business, such as your trade, business size and country. The trade school form also asks for your school and the year you finished.
- Contact and investor forms: your name, email and message.
- Analytics: pages visited, device and browser type and approximate location, only after you accept analytics in the cookie banner.
Why we use it
- To reply to you, keep you updated about your waitlist spot and set up your account when it opens.
- With your consent, to understand how the site is used and make it better.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who helps us
WP Engine hosts the site. Cloudflare protects it and checks forms for spam. Our email provider delivers form replies. Google Analytics measures visits after you consent, which can involve transfer to the United States under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Form data is kept until you ask us to remove it, or for 12 months after our last contact if you do not open an account. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
Cookies
The site uses one cookie to remember your cookie choice, and Google Analytics cookies if you accept them. No advertising cookies. To change your choice, clear the duuabl_cookie_consent cookie in your browser and the banner appears again.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time: privacy@duuabl.com. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee) or your local data protection authority.
