    If you want to become a Duuabl Tasker, you must be ready:

    Confirm your skills

    Prove your skills, provide the necessary professional certificates, information about professional experience, and if necessary, do a paid trial.

    Go through the training materials

    Go through online training on how the Duuabl application works, meet our community manager so we can get to know you better.

    Be ready to work

    After validation, you must be ready for incoming tasks on the platform in your location and categories.

    Frequently asked questions

    How is working time and pay calculated in the application?

    The Tasker’s application has a clock (timer) that measures working time, which can be seen inside the confirmed order. The Taskers starts the clock (from the “Start work” button) when he has actually started work and the Client is aware of it. The watch is closed when the real work is finished (from the “End work” button). In both cases, the App informs both the Client and the Tasker. The fee is calculated by the minute and according to the clock.

    When will money be transferred to the Tasker for the work?

    The Tasker will be paid at the end of the following week. Payments are made once a week.

    How long does the Tasker have to confirm the order?

    If the Customer has placed an order with the Tasker, he has the exclusive right to accept the work for 4 hours. After four hours, the order is passed on to the following Taskers, and the fastest responder gets the job. In total, it takes 12 hours to receive the order. If the proposed dates are not suitable, the Tasker can offer a suitable time or explore new options from the customer in Chat.

    How does Duuabl calculate the license fee?

    The Duuabl license fee is calculated in stages, according to the final amount of the order:

    0-99,99 € – 15%
    100-199,99 € – 10%
    200-299,99 € – 5%
    + 300 € – 2%

    How to bring an existing company to the platform?

    The Creator can link an existing company under his profile. This can be done both during initial registration and in the settings of an already existing profile. To do this, enter company data (name, reg. no., IBAN and, if necessary, VAT number) in the payment information segment of the profile. If all entered data is correct, the Tasker can immediately operate as an entrepreneur. In case of incorrect data, our customer support will contact the Tasker.
